Being the last day we'd be skiing at Alta, Kristin and I spent yesterday morning skiing mashed potatoes, reminiscing about the good and bad about this season.

After spending half the moring tooling around Alta, Matt Rink and Dan Dean invited me to ski the West Wall on Devils Castle.  This is a seldom skied line because it's highly condition dependant. The last few storms have really fattened this line up. It's about 50 degrees steep, and when it's as hot as it was yesterday, the snow was coming unglued, fast. Thanks to Krisitn for waiting very PATIENTLY to shoot photos.
